As Tech Talent Acquisition / HR (Tech Startup) at FlowAccount, you'll play a critical role in attracting top talent, developing our workforce, and fostering a positive work environment. You will be responsible for implementing our HR strategy, with a focus on scaling our engineering team and driving overall organizational success. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract and hire top engineering talent for our expanding team.
Onboarding: Design and manage a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure new hires quickly become productive and integrated members of the team.
Training and Development: Assess employee training needs and implement programs to enhance their skills and performance, particularly within our engineering team.
Performance Management: Establish and manage a transparent performance management process, aligning individual goals with the company's objectives.
Compensation and Benefits: Develop competitive compensation packages and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees.
Employee Relations: Foster a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and employee engagement.
Legal Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations in Thailand.
HR Strategy Execution: Work closely with company leadership to execute our HR strategy, focusing on scaling our engineering team and driving organizational growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in tech startups or fast-paced environments.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations in Thailand.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in attracting and hiring engineering talent.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with company goals.
Tech-savvy, with experience using HR software and tools.
Fluent in Thai and English, both written and spoken.
